My name is Joseph Okute, and I am a dedicated student pursuing a professional career in nutrition. I have always been passionate about understanding how food, health, and human biology connect, and this interest naturally led me into nutrition science.
I come from a background where proper nutrition is often overlooked, yet it plays a crucial role in preventing disease and improving quality of life. This motivated me to study nutrition so I can contribute to better health outcomes.
